Administration of subcutaneous fluid therapy to help hydrate animals with mild dehydration that do not exhibit hypothermia and/or hypotension. Veterinary fluid therapy is a treatment to restore the volume and composition of body fluids to normal.

The teleconsultation can be scheduled as an alternative to the in-person consultation for the patient to return regarding the same complaint treated in the initial in-person consultation. The return must be scheduled within 30 days after the initial consultation.
